According to Art. 13 sec. 1-2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as „GDPR”), we inform that:

2. We will collect your data from Google Analytics and provided by e-mail or inquiries via the form.

3. We use the following personal data protection measures: SSL certificate to protect the transmission; ensuring regular software updates; creating regular copies of data on the website; regular changes of the access password.

4. Personal data will be used to handle inquiries via the contact form and to perform the contract.

5. Personal data will be made available to the hosting company on the basis of the data entrustment conditions.

6. The data will not be processed for direct marketing purposes.

7. At any time you have the right to object to the processing of your data, processed for the purpose and on the basis of the above. We will stop processing your data for these purposes, unless we can demonstrate that there are valid, legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or your data will be necessary for us to establishing, investigating or defending claims.

8. We will store data for the period necessary to handle inquiries via the contact form, to perform the contract, but no longer than until the expiry of the limitation period for claims.

9. Your personal data may be transferred only to lawyers who are required by law to maintain secrecy – only for the purpose of handling inquiries via the form and performance of the contract, or to employees of the law firms who are entrusted with the processing of personal data in writing and who are responsible for violation of the processing rules.

10. According to the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access to your data and receive their copies

• rectify (correct) your data

• request to their removal, restriction or objection to their processing

• data transfer

• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

11. Providing data is voluntary, however refusal to provide them may make it difficult or impossible to handle inquiries via the form or perform the contract.

12. Please be advised that I do not make decisions in an automated manner and your data are not profiled.

13. At any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data (including those belonging to a specific category), but the withdrawal of a consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing, which was carried out in accordance with the law, before its withdrawal.
